The basics:
You don't like your purchase, or it doesn't fit or suit you
You let us know and return the goods to us (as new!) within 14 days
We refund your money (all of your money - the money you paid for the item and for its postage - yes, we really do mean all of your money!!) within 5 days.
The formal policy:
1.1 You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 14 days after you receive the goods.
1.2 To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give us written notice, by hand, post or by email, giving details of the goods ordered, their delivery, and your proof of purchase. Notification by phone is not enough.
1.3 Except in the case of faulty goods, if you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost. Your goods must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition. They should be returned with the original box packaging to The Pink Gecko Ltd., 1 Aylestone Rise, Hereford HR1 2AG. You must take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are not damaged in transit.
1.4 You will receive a full refund including the cost of the outbound shipping, provided you return the goods to us at the address above and in unused and new condition within the 14 days after you received them. Please note that once we have processed your credit it can take up to 5 working days for this to appear on your statement.
